Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal


For digital products (templates, tools, reports, etc.):
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the product has not been downloaded or used.

For subscriptions/recurring services:
Refunds apply only to the unused portion of the service (calculated pro-rata).

 

2. How to Request a Refund

Submit a formal request to [dedicated email] with:

  • Order or invoice number.

  • Reason for the request (e.g., technical malfunction, duplicate purchase, etc.).

You will receive a confirmation of the refund process initiation within 48 hours.

 

3. Processing Time

 

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of confirmation, using the original payment method.

 

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Products already downloaded, activated, or modified.

  • Customized services already initiated (e.g., consultations, tailored data analysis).

  • Subscriptions with a completed free trial period.

 

5. Exceptions

 

In cases of documented technical errors (e.g., non-functional tools unresolved by support), we may issue a full refund or credit for future services.
